Visa Guide
Visas can feel confusing, so we keep it simple. This guide explains the documents you usually need, the types of visas we assist with, and key notes for popular destinations. Our team coordinates the process end-to-end so you can focus on the trip.
How Our Visa Support Works
Once your trip is confirmed, we review the visa type for your destination, prepare a personalised document checklist, help you fill and assemble the application, guide you through any appointment or biometrics step, and follow up until a decision is received.
Documents You'll Usually Need
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with blank pages
- Recent passport-size photographs in the required format
- Completed visa application form
- Confirmed flight and hotel bookings / itinerary
- Financial proof such as recent bank statements
- Employment, business, or student supporting documents
- Travel insurance (mandatory for some countries)
Exact requirements vary by country and visa type. We share the precise checklist for your destination.
Visa Types We Assist With
We primarily help with tourist and visit visas, and we also coordinate group, family, honeymoon, and student-trip visas. Depending on the destination, this may be an e-visa, a visa-on-arrival, or an embassy/consulate application.
Popular Destinations: Quick Notes
Dubai / UAE
Pre-arranged e-visa, usually processed in a few working days. Passport validity of at least 6 months required.
Thailand
Visa-on-arrival or visa-exempt entry for tourism depending on current rules. Carry return tickets and hotel details.
Bali / Indonesia
Visa-on-arrival available for tourists; an e-VOA can be arranged before departure for a smoother airport experience.
Singapore
E-visa required in advance; sponsored/authorised submission with supporting documents and confirmed itinerary.
Maldives
Free visa-on-arrival for tourists with a valid passport, confirmed hotel booking, and return ticket.
