An enquiry becomes a confirmed booking only after we share a written quote and you accept it along with any advance payment we request. Prices are based on rates and availability at the time of confirmation and may change for currency fluctuations, taxes, or supplier revisions until the booking is fully confirmed. Quoted budgets exclude flights unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel and on the policies of hotels, airlines, and other suppliers involved in your trip. Some bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. The applicable cancellation schedule will be shared with your quote, and any eligible refund is processed after deducting supplier and service charges.

Padharo Holidays acts as a travel facilitator between you and third-party service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, loss, injury, or additional costs caused by events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, force majeure, or actions of suppliers and authorities. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.

You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details, holding valid identification, visas, and travel documents, arriving on time for scheduled services, and obtaining adequate travel insurance. You agree to follow the rules of hotels, transport operators, and local authorities during your trip.
